Replacement and return policy

Replacement policy:


The exchange with Zahia is very easy and convenient, and is available for a period of 10 days from the date you receive the order. All you have to do is the following:


1- Contact the customer service team on WhatsApp:


2 - Provide them with (your order number + replacement model + required size) to submit your replacement request.


After the product arrives, inspects it, and makes sure that all accessories are available, the replacement order will be shipped directly.


Replacement terms:


1- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and the card on the piece has not been removed, with the full packaging and carton provided.


2- The customer bears the shipping cost of 35 riyals + 20 return policy. If the product has a defect or a manufacturing error, we are obligated to bear the shipping costs


3- The amount paid of the shipping fee

It goes to the shipping company and cannot be returned.


4- After the policy is issued by Zahia, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company.


5- Replacement is available only once, and it is not allowed to return the alternative request.


6- Products that cannot be exchanged (offering unions).




Return policy:


Retrieval is available within 3 days of receiving the order. To know the details of the return:


1- Communicate with the customer service team on WhatsApp.


2 - Provide us with (your order number + an explanation of the reason for the return + the IBAN number + the name of the bank + the name of the triple account holder) here we have submitted a refund request.


After the package arrives and the product is examined and all accessories are available, the amount will be transferred within 3 working days of receiving the product.




Return terms:


1- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and the card on the piece has not been removed, with the full packaging and carton provided.


2- If the product includes free shipping or shipping with a fee, then upon return, 30% of the shipping value of the order will be deducted, because the shipping value goes to the company and is not refundable. If the product has a defect or a manufacturing error, we are obligated to bear the shipping costs.


3- The customer shall bear the shipping cost for return 20 riyals,
